Vinnie has a background in banking and finance and has accumulated invaluable experience at KPMG and Barclays. More recently, Vinnie has been involved in New Zealand’s property sector, both as an investor and developer.
Having previously been a Chartered Accountant, Vinnie has diversified into the digital asset class and has a vision to help propel New Zealand to be a world leader within the rapidly growing Fintech arena. He is passionate about democratising access to digital asset investment by simplifying the investment process. To him, investing in digital assets should be a simple, trusted and familiar process for all. Vinnie’s understanding of New Zealand’s business, investing and taxation landscape help drive his vision for Vault.

Matt is a Chartered Accountant with extensive investment experience working for UBS in London and more recently Barclays Investment Bank in Singapore.
Matt led Barclays’ Capital and Liquidity Management teams in Asia, with the primary responsibility of ensuring that capital and liquidity resources met regulatory minimums and were deployed efficiently across the region. During his time at UBS Matt focused primarily on structured products, working as the Business Manager to the global structured products business and ultimately as a Structurer on the trading desk.
Matt was moved to Asia to lead a new structured products business where he structured tax efficient strategy notes for high net worth investors.
Vault Digital Funds is a registered managed investment scheme, established in 2021. FundRock NZ Limited is the issuer and manager of the Vault Digital Funds scheme. The Vault International Bitcoin Fund, a fund established within the Vault Digital Funds, was launched in 2021. Vault Digital Funds Limited is the scheme’s Investment Manager and lead distributor and has partnered with InvestNow to distribute funds within the scheme.
