About The Vault Digital Funds
The Vault International Bitcoin Fund is a PIE-compliant New Zealand-domiciled fund, the first fund established under the Vault Digital Funds, a registered investment scheme. Implemented Investment Solutions Ltd (IIS) is the issuer and manager of the Fund. IIS is licenced as a manager of registered investment schemes under the Financial Markets Conduct Act, and currently manages over NZ$5 billion on behalf of clients. Vault Digital Funds Limited (VDF) is the Investment Manager and lead distributor of the Vault International Bitcoin Fund. The Fund is registered as an offer within a Managed Investment Scheme under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is regulated by the FMA.
Implemented Investment Solutions Limited (IIS) is the manager of the Vault Digital Funds (a registered scheme) and the issuer of units in the Vault International Bitcoin Fund, the first fund to be established under the Vault Digital Funds. Vault Investment Management Limited (VIM) is the Investment Manager and lead distributor of the Vault International Bitcoin Fund.

Related Party Disclosures
Vault Digital Funds Limited has appointed EC Systems Limited to provide certain business and technology infrastructure services, and ECNZ Limited (trading as Easy Crypto) (amongst others) as a distribution channel for the Fund. The founders and ultimate majority shareholders of ECNZ Limited and EC Systems Limited, Janine and Alan Grainger, are also ultimate shareholders in Vault Digital Funds Limited. Vault Digital Funds Limited (and the other members of the Vault DA Holdings Limited group) are not subsidiaries of, and operate separately to, the Easy Crypto group.
